Pac-12 Preview

Welp football is coming is around so that means its time for me to tell you what is going to happen so that you can  talk football with your friends without looking stupid....

Ima start with the newly formed Pac-12 because thats what I wanna do and I wanna start with the north division so thats what is going to happen:

North
  1. Stanford
  2. Oregon
  3. California
  4. Washington
  5. Oregon State
  6. Washington State
 South
  1.  USC
  2. Utah
  3. Arizona
  4. Arizona State
  5. UCLA
  6. Colorado
Arizona is going to start off the season possibly (likely) 1-4...the question then becomes whether they let that get them down or motivates them...if they are motivated they could go on a roll and end up winning the south, but obviously if it goes the other way they could end up not getting into a bowl.

Arizona State is getting a lot of respect from what I have read so far, but I am not seeing it..In a lot of their toss up games they got unlucky and have to play on the road...its gonna come down to their last two games both at home versus Arizona and Cal to decide how their season ends up.

Stanford should be 7-0 going into their game @USC in late October...this could make for a very exciting end of the season as almost every game after that would TV worthy...

If Oregon can get by LSU in the opener then the potential for their november 12th game @Stanford is there as the biggest game of the year as they don't face USC til afterwards, don't face Utah, and get both Cal and Arizona State at home.

I am going to pick Stanford to win the North and I am going to pick Utah to represent the Pac12 from the south only because the schedule doesn't have them playing Stanford or Oregon, while Arizona State has to face Oregon and Arizona has to face both.  That being said I feel that Stanford will easily defeat Utah to win the first Pac-12 Championship.
